Rare illuminations make our lives worth living. Joy, happiness and beauty are often not where we think we will find them but in moments. The low sun shining on a tree encompasses the darkness and the light. The shadows enhance the sun kissed areas. The beauty is in the real, the colour, the shapes, the twists and turns, the ageing, the raw, the scars, the individual. The bare bones of the trees before summer has adorned them with its decoration of leaves and flowers. Who they really are. Who we really are. Looking at something in a different light or from a new perspective, brown becomes purple and orange and yellow and green and pink if you really look.
